My name is Michelle Elizabeth, most people just call me Liz. I’ve been a licensed master barber for over 3 years, and I built At Ease: Men’s Spa & Barbershop with one mission in mind: to create a space where men can finally let go. 

In a world that expects men to carry everything and complain about nothing, I want to offer something different. A chair where you’re not just getting cleaned up but cared for. A place where you’re allowed to breathe, relax, and focus on yourself for once. Because self care isn’t a soft, woman thing, it’s strength in loving yourself and your body. It’s maintenance. It’s what keeps you sharp. It's what helps ease your mind and body. 

I specialize in precision shear work, relaxing facials, and beard treatments because I know firsthand how powerful that pause can be. You don’t need to hold it all in. You don’t have to run on empty. You deserve clear skin. You deserve a clean cut. You deserve a moment to feel good.
